Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification : Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination from a board or university recognized by Central or State Government with Dictation-10 minutes @ 80 words per minute and Transcription time- 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi on computer.
Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : 18 to 25 Years.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay the a Crossed Indian Postal Order or Demand Draft for Rs.100/- (Rupees One hundred only) to be drawn in favour of theDIGP, GC, CRPF of concerned application receiving centre. SC/ST candidates, all female candidates and Ex-servicemen are exempted from payment of application fee.
How to Apply: Candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format along with attested photocopies of certificate/ testimonials as proof of educational qualification and date of birth, for recent passport size self attested photographs, caste certificate, application fee, etc., enclosed in an envelope “Application for Special Recruitment for the Post of ASI (Steno) in CRPF” should reach to concerned application receiving centre as mentioned in notification on or before 22-02-2014 up to 05:00 PM. Manipur,Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul & Spiti Districts and Pangi sub-division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh and other far flung areas can send their applications on or before 01-03-2014 up to 05:00 PM.
