- Educational Qualification : A candidate must be a permanent resident of the J&K State; and must hold a Master’s Degree in Economics or Statistics or Commerce or Mathematics or M.Sc. of Indian Statistical Institute or Master of Computer Applications Degree from any recognised University/Institute.
