Eligibility Criteria :
- Educational Qualification : Candidate must have obtained Degree in Textile Technology, Spinning and weaving from recognized Institution or Textile Chemistry OR Diploma in Textiles Technology/ Handloom Technology from recognized Institution with minimum practical experience of three years in the spinning /weaving Department of a Textile Mill or Handloom Industry or under the state Government.

Age Limit :
- Maximum and Minimum Age : 32 to 21 Years.
Selection Process : The Commission shall consider all the applications received and shall call upon the eligible candidates for interview and in the event of the number of eligible candidates exceeds fifty; the Commission may conduct the written Examination for selection of suitable candidates.
Application Fee: A candidate is required to pay a non-refundable and non-adjustable fee of Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred) only .Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe of Odisha and persons with disability are exempted from payment of this fee.
