Eligibility Criteria :

• Educational Qualification : Post Graduation in any subject area with minimum 55% marks. M.Ed. or Ph.D. in Education. Desirable : Proven Academic/Professional experience of high caliber.Experience in the field of measurement and evaluation/survey, data processing using Item Response Theory (IRT) and report writing.Working Knowledge of computer preferably in analysis of data and knowledge of SPSS and Bilog.
