Eligibility Criteria :
- Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Science or Engineering of any recognized University or Institute with at least one of the following subjects : Agriculture, Botany, Chemistry, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Agricultural Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, Forestry, Geology, Horticulture, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Veterinary Science, Zoology. Ability to read, write and speak in Bengali (not required for recruitment in the case of Nepali speaking candidates from hill areas of the district Darjeeling, i.e. three sub-divisions – Darjeeling Sadar, Kurseong and Kalimpong).

Selection Process : Written Test. The Preliminary Examination will be held at various centres in Kolkata, Siliguri and Darjeeling in ____________, 2013.
Physical Standard : Candidate must have the following minimum standard of physical fitness. Minimum standard of height and chest girth for a candidate shall be as under .

Treasury in West Bengal of the Reserve Bank of India, Kolkata under the head “0051 – 00 – 105 – State PSC Examination fees-001-Examination fees-16 other fees”. The Postal Orders should be made payable at G.P.O., Kolkata.
